About the Course
This course covers contemporary issues related to the AUSIT code of ethics which was revised in December 2012. Issues relevant to both interpreters and translators will be explored. This workshop features one of the consultants that contributed to the revised Code of Ethics. There will be brief discussion on other conventions used globally in regards to T + I professional guidelines.
Completion of this short course will earn participants 20 PD points.

The short course is held over one day and is 5 hours in duration. This includes a 3 hour face-to-face session and approximately 2 hours of self-study materials.
This workshop is suitable for accredited, recognised and/or qualified interpreters or translators with professional experience in the T + I field, as well as recent graduates of interpreting and/or translating training programs or those who are new to the field.
