The Dean’s Sessional Commendations are intended to recognise and support the work done by our sessional teaching staff in the Faculty. The commendations are awarded every semester.
Every semester, Heads and Undergraduate Coordinators are asked to consult with their Schools and to select one staff member for commendation, who has made a significant contribution in the course of the semester. The criteria are:
- Innovation/excellence in pedagogy;
- Outstanding support for students
The Dean’s Sessional Commendations carry a reward of a $150 Monash Bookshop voucher and a certificate.
Nominations for Semester 2, 2016 close on Thurdsay, April 13.
