Welcome from the Transition Coordinator – Damien Williams
Hello and welcome to the Arts Faculty. As Transition coordinator it is my job to help with your entry into the university environment.
Students enrolled in an Arts degree are able to gain academic credit and practical workplace experience through several work-integrated learning programs. Internships are an ideal way for the university to combine theoretical, classroom-based learning with experiential learning that prepares students for work in the real-world after the completion of their studies.
PAL – Peer Mentoring Program
Having a mentor/buddy as you start your university journey can be a big help. This peer mentor program will match you with a senior Arts ambassador student who will help you get settled and connected as you begin your studies.
