Monash Arts students are able to study part of their degree at one of our international campuses. Each semester students from our Australian campuses swap places with students from the Sunway Campus in Malaysia and the Monash South Africa campus.
Monash Malaysia
Established in 1998, Monash Malaysia is the university’s first international campus. The campus is located in Bandar Sunway, about 18km from centre Kuala Lumpur. A popular tourist destination, Kuala Lumpur has a rich blend of cultural and ethnic diversity. The weather is tropical with an average temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. Bandar Sunway has come to be known as a higher education hub for its easy access via a network of highways and modern infrastructure, and its safe, secure and friendly student environment. The township contains a major shopping mall, the award-winning Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, and a range of hotels, clubs and bars.
On-campus accomodation is pre-arranged for all exchange and study-abroad students at the Sunway Monash Residence. The food is delicious, cheap and easily available throughout the day.
