Chinese Language Intensive Program
The Monash Chinese Language Intensive Program (CLIP) is a Chinese language summer course held at our Chinese partner universities – Shanghai International Studies University (SISU) in Shanghai and the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing.
The program allows students to complete one or two Monash University Chinese units within 3 or 6 weeks in the Chinese language and cultural environment.
The program is run every year and starts in late November ending in mid December (3-week program) or early January (6-week program) the following year.
Italian In-Country Program
Intensive studies in Italian are offered each semester (including Summer and Winter) at the Monash Prato Centre in Italy. Students can choose to complete one or a combination of units that explore Italian language and culture.
Students often combine intensive studies in Italian with other Arts short-term programs offered at the Prato Centre, and in doing so are able to complete 2 units in the space of 3 – 6 weeks.
