Study Overseas with Monash Arts

  • Explore a world of opportunity

Monash is well known for its international presence. We have campuses in Malaysia and South Africa, as well as a teaching centre in Prato, Italy.

As a “Faculty without Borders” Monash Arts is committed to providing a wide variety of opportunities for students to study overseas as part of their degree.

Studying overseas is the ideal opportunity to experience different cultures, make new friends and explore the world without postponing your studies. Everyone’s experience of studying overseas is unique; however, there are a number of benefits that students share in common. These include greater independence and self-discipline, adaptability and intercultural understanding.

    Where can you go?

The short answer is you can go almost anywhere in the world. More specifically, we have overseas campuses in South Africa and Malaysia and a teaching centre in Prato, Italy.

Monash Arts also has partnerships with over 120 international universities and each year students travel to places such as Austria, Chile, Denmark, France, Hungary, Israel, California, Latvia, Middle East, the UK and the USA.

Our programs fall into two broad groups based on the amount of time spent overseas – short and long-term programs.
