The 2014 Melbourne International Jazz Festival and Sir Zelamn Cowen School of Music provided the opportunity for music students to rehearse and perform alongside the Jazz great, Charles Lloyd, among other international Jazz musicians. Below, Lloyd sings praises for the students her performed with.
This inspiring event sees drummer Eric Harland and bassist Reuben Rogers, both members of the Charles Lloyd Sky Trio, take to the stage with students and staff in an event hosted by the venerable Charles Lloyd himself.
