Award-winning political biographer Jenny Hocking speaks about the dramatic revelations in Gough Whitlam: His Time, the second volume of her acclaimed biography.

Using previously unexamined material from the private papers of former Governor-General Sir John Kerr, Professor Hocking unveils the role played by former High Court justice, Sir Anthony Mason, in the dismissal.
