Thomas Reiner publishes a new music textbook

Thomas Reiner ProfileAssociate Professor Thomas Reiner has published a music text book for beginning musicians to learn and identify musical intervals from music notation. His two-step method allows young musicians to identify and name musical intervals independently of musical style (jazz, classical, etc.) and without reference to a given key. Reiner has collaborated on this text with the wonderfully talented illustrator and designer Tahl Swieca, whose quirky drawings add a cheeky charm to this publication. It is available from Ars Publica.
