This programme explores the interface between Spanish piano music and Flamenco. Spanish composer Manuel de Falla became an iconic figure in both the development of Spanish art-music and flamenco in the early 20th century.
Equipped with her classical training and rigorous practice as a flamenco pianist, Zen Zeng will share a kaleidoscopic repertoire featuring significant works by Falla as well as her own flamenco compositions.
