Master of International Sustainable Tourism Management (MISTM) launched

In partnership with the highly regarded Master of Sustainability degree students now have the opportunity to focus their studies on issues surrounding international development and sustainability. 
 
This course addresses tourism’s potential to be compatible with the achievement of a range of objectives, including developing sustainable organisations, urban and rural development/regeneration, natural resource management and wildlife conservation, and diversifying benefits from international and domestic tourism. It facilitates the development of skills and techniques to develop tourism policies and practices in a global setting and to management tourism development and enterprises in the direction of more sustainable practice.

* Note this two year program qualifies international students for the automatic 2 year post study ‘work experience’ visa for Australia. Students are able to directly apply to this degree or transfer from the Master of Tourism degree (18 months)
