A general information session on Study Abroad in the School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics was held on Wednesday 4 September in the Japanese Studies Center Auditorium (Clayton campus, building 54).
A 15 minute presentation designed to give students a general overview of what they need to know about Study Abroad took place at 3.15 and was repeated at 4.15. The coordinators of Study Abroad in each program (Asian and European Studies) were available from 3.15 to 5pm to answer any questions students might have on both Semester Exchange Programs and Intensive Language Programs.
This session was also organized to give students the opportunity to meet coordinators for a general briefing on courses available at our partner institutions.
The level of attendance and the interest showed by students for both semester programs and intensive language courses during this first event will definitely lead the School to organize additional info sessions on a semester basis.
