“Culture wars: where are we now?”: Dr Natalie Doyle to speak at the Australian Academy of the Humanities

Dr Natalie Doyle from French Studies at Monash has been  invited to contribute to the annual symposium of the Australian Academy of the Humanities on November 15th. She will take part in a panel discussion addressing the question “Culture wars: where are we now?”. She will present on the work of the French  political philosopher Marcel Gauchet, his understanding of  globalisation and its implications for the dialogue of  civilisations.
