People Solutions is a leading executive search firm with offices across the Asia Pacific. They provide executive search for CEOs, CFOs, Board Appointments, Regional Heads, General Managers, functional and business heads and technical specialists across the Asia Pacific.
People Solutions works in industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering & Construction, Telecommunications, Banking, Finance and Professional Services.
People Solutions is an Australian owned company, with two Australian members and ten Indonesian members of the team. It has offices around Asia and has hosted a number of interns in the past, both from Indonesia and from around the world. The intern will be supervised by both an Indonesian and an Australian supervisor.
About the Internship
Starting Date: Flexible
Duration: Minimum 12 weeks to Maximum 24 weeks
Required days: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday (with some flexibility)
You will be involved in the recruitment and selection process of candidates, as well as the marketing of People Solutions. However, there is some flexibility to take the role in the most suitable direction, given your interests and skills.
Your work will include a number of elements related to both Human Resources and Marketing. On the Human Resources side, you will be involved in:
• Writing and posting position descriptions
• Sourcing candidates
• Pre-screening and interviewing candidates.
In relation to Marketing, potential tasks include:
• Developing and implementing social media strategies
• Writing and editing marketing materials in English, such as brochures and website content
• There is also room for you to create input.
No Indonesian language is required but applicants must be fluent in English.
To be successful in this position you should be a self-starter, friendly, engaging and self-reliant, with strong attention to detail.
The fee charged by International Internships (Service Provider) is in addition to the tuition fees for the unit ATS3130. Accommodation and in-country support packages are optional but highly recommended.
Travel insurance is provided by Monash University. It will cover you for personal travel prior to and after your overseas program, and includes access to 24-hour a day medical and emergency assist services.
