OM Australia Inc. – Marketing & Strategy Coordinator Internship (Summer A or B)

Ordinary Heroes is a not for profit, relief development and justice organisation that exists to empower global communities. It currently manages and raises funds for tax deductible development and relief projects in developing countries. For a description of these projects please see http://om.org.au/relief/

Currently the organisation falls under the banner of the Christian Mission Organisation OM and is known as OM Australia Inc. In March 2018 we will be launching a new name/logo/website etc and so we’re looking for a student to assist in this process.

Intake: Summer A or B
Duration: Full Time (Flexible with student)
Location: Blackburn

Duties:

  • Develop a 2018 marketing/communications and fundraising strategy to engage Ordinary Heroes’ (OM Australia Inc.’s) current target market and acquire new audiences.
  • Train staff on the implementation of the new marketing and fundraising strategy
  • Establish a comprehensive, rolling 2018 Marketing/Communications and Fundraising strategy                                                                                                                       
  • Assist the building of the Ordinary Heroes brand
  • Hand-over Marketing/Communications and Fundraising Strategy to all staff
