Title: Media & Communications Management Assistant 
Recommended Disciplines: Master of Communications and Media 
Intake:  Semester 2 (23rd July – 19th October)
Duration: 2 – 3 days per week
Location: Mulgrave 

iBuild is a multi-award winning fast-growing company specialising in design and supply of kit homes and prefab buildings. Based in the Eastern Innovation Centre with cutting-edge facilities, iBuild provides interns with an amazing environment for work integrated learning, and experience to turn innovative ideas into commercial successes.  Interns will have enviable opportunities to interact with many entrepreneurs and business owners, and participate in events of the Eastern Innovation Centre community e.g. weekly InnoAM talks and monthly BBQ.


  • Press Release and engagement with mainstream media;
  • New product launches;
  • Fortnightly Display Open Tour event preparation & customer engagement management;
  • Monthly electronic newsletter copy writing;
  • On-boarding new customers with engaging email auto-responder messages;
  • Social media management.

Key skills required:

  • Experience in WordPress or HTML coding will be highly sought after but not a must for this internship.
  • The intern is required to have strong competencies in English writing skills.
  • Energetic, technologically literate, forward thinking, quick to learn, and great communications.
