Content Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities






·        Copy writing – Support the Content team in writing copy for the company’s product portfolio.

·      Research – Undertake research to support written articles, ensuring content produced is always accurate and up to date.

·      Collaboration participate and contribute to team meetings, product workshops and campaign reviews.

·      Analysisif performance permits, an opportunity to work with some data analysis may be available.





·      Content marketing – Work closely with the wider Marketing team to support marketing activity including creating copy for advertising, media relations, e-communications, collateral creation etc.

·      Social media – Work with the Digital Marketing team to support the company’s social media strategy, including maintaining the social media content calendar and create regular, engaging copy for campaigns across all social channels.





·      Customer support – Work with the Content and Marketing teams to provide customer support through live chat, Q&A, blog comments and emails.

·      Database management – Work with the wider team to ensure the company’s membership database is up-to-date and in good order.

·      Adhoc Assist with any other admin tasks that are required by the Content and/or Marketing teams as requested.

Timing and duration

Commencing Semester 2, 2016 interns are required to do a minimum 144 hours.  Days of work are negotiable.



  1. You should meet the eligibility criteria for, and be able to enrol in ATS3129 Arts Internship (completed 96 CP and have a distinction average).
  2. You should have checked with Arts Student Services to ensure you have room in your degree for this 12 CP unit.
  3. Students from any major can apply.
