Title: Communication and Customer Feedback Intern

Intake:  Semester 2 (23rd July – 19th October)
Duration: 2 – 3 days per week
Location: Melbourne CBD

Duties:

  • Create engaging content for  internal newsletter
  • Assist in content creation for other internal mediums such as internal bulletins, TV screens and internal app
  • Monitor company social media accounts, Facebook and Twitter
  • Respond to a range of customer queries via social media
  • Work on latest projects,  whether it be new branding videos, campaigns or internal apps

Key skills required:

  • Exceptional story telling skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Level of competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and social media tools
  •  Currently completing a degree in Marketing with Communications focus, Communications, Journalism or Business
