Certification Assistance Intern at Ecotourism Australia

Eligible students: Master of Tourism and Master of International Sustainable Tourism Management & Master of Environment and Sustainability
Intake: Semester 2 
Duration: 3 days per week for 3 months
Location: Brisbane, QLD

*Please note that this internship is based in Brisbane, QLD. Students who are applying must be able to relocate to QLD for the period of the internship and support themselves financially as there is no funding available.


Ecotourism Australia is a pioneer in the development and promotion of responsible tourism. Our ECO certification program is based on a number of crucial elements for responsible tourism development, including ensuring best practice in environmental management, a respect for local cultures and traditions, and social and conservation contributions. It operates to a strict compliance policy, with a thorough, independent auditing program guaranteeing a well-managed commitment to sustainable practices by all of its certified tourism operators.
