Congratulations to SOPHIS staff members Rachel Stevens and Tim Verhoeven.
Both were awarded the Faculty Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning at the 2012 Arts Faculty Teaching Awards and Citations.
The citation is awarded to staff who in 2012 demonstrated superior performance in the promotion of student learning.
Congratulations also to Andrew Singleton (School of Political and Social Inquiry), winner of the Faculty Award for Teaching Excellence and to Bill Birnbauer (School of Journalism, Australian and Indigenous Studies) and Scott Firsing (School of Social Sciences, Monash South Africa) who were recipients of Faculty Awards for Programs that Enhance Learning.
The awards were presented at the Arts Faculty end of year function last week.
