    Entry Requirements

    All applicants must satisfy the minimum English language requirements of Monash University.

    In addition, you must satisfy the academic (or other) requirements for your chosen course. These requirements can differ between courses.

    Most coursework programs require you to have completed an undergraduate degree with at least a credit (60%) average. Some programs offer entry pathways to applicants without tertiary qualifications.

    How to Apply

    All applications for graduate coursework programs must be made directly to Monash University.

    Domestic Students

    Apply online

    Apply by mail and send your completed application to the Faculty of Arts.

    International Students

    Apply for a course – applications can be submitted online and by mail.

     

  • Credit for Previous Study
    Monash Arts may award credit for relevant postgraduate coursework completed at a recognised Australian or overseas tertiary institution. A maximum of 50% credit may be granted in line with course requirements and structure. You may be granted specific credit in equivalent units, or unspecific credit towards elective units.
