Didn’t quite get the ATAR you were expecting? Not to worry, Monash Arts degrees are accessible by a range of entry pathways.

One option to meet university entry requirements is to complete a pathway course. Our pathway courses provide the ideal transition between school and university.

Diploma of Tertiary Studies

Berwick and Gippsland

This pathway provides students with a university experience that includes additional support and study skills designed to provide a sound basis for success.

The diploma equips you with skills in essay writing, research, problem solving, critical thinking, project development and communication.

It is considered to be equivalent to first year at university. Students who successfully complete the requirements of the course with a credit (60%) average, can apply for a place in an undergraduate degree at Monash.

Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP, previously HECS) are available for this course.
