Didn’t quite get the ATAR you were expecting?
Not to worry, Monash Arts degrees are accessible by a range of entry pathways.
One option to meet university entry requirements is to complete a pathway course. Our pathway courses provide the ideal transition between school and university.
Diploma of Arts
Monash College – Clayton
Monash College is a teaching facility within the university offering pathways to university study. It is a full fee paying facility based at our Clayton campus.
The Diploma of Arts has two parts, both of which provide a pathway to university study for students that demonstrate academic achievement. Students can complete one or both parts of the diploma.
The first part is equivalent to Year 12. Applicants must have completed Year 11 or its equivalent to be eligible for admission. The second part is the equivalent to first year at university, applicants must have completed Year 12 or its equivalent (or Part 1 of the diploma) to be eligible for admission.
Applicants must also meet English language proficiency requirements for entry.
Diploma of Higher Education Studies
This course offers students an alternate pathway to Monash undergraduate degrees offered at our Sunway Campus in Malaysia.
It provides intensive learning opportunities in problem solving, and analytical and research skills that will prepare students for tertiary level academic study.
