Mid-year entry

Mid-year entry is your opportunity to start your degree in July. You don’t have to wait until next year to start studying. The Faculty of Arts welcomes applications from qualified applicants for entry at mid-year into our courses.  Selection is a competitive process and will be based on academic merit.

Undergraduate

The following courses do not have a mid-year intake:

  • 1366: Bachelor of Arts (Languages)
  • 1638: Bachelor of Arts Scholars Program
  • 1144: Bachelor of Performing Arts
  • 3779: Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Visual Arts
  • 4089: Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences and Bachelor of Visual and Media Arts
  • 4097: Bachelor of Arts Scholars program and Bachelor of Commerce Scholars program.
  • 3774: Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Performing Arts

Honours

Apply for Honours- available for a mid-year start in some disciplines.

Postgraduate

The following courses do not have a mid-year intake:

  • 3937: Postgraduate Diploma in Arts (Research)
  • 3077: Master of Applied History
  • 4003: Master of Islamic Studies
  • 3069: Master of Music

Credit for previous tertiary study

You may be eligible to apply for credit for prior learning. Complete the relevant credit application form, and submit this together with your application.
