Course Structure
Honours is 48 points, or 1 year of full-time study.
Although requirements may vary, the Arts Honours Program usually involves:
- 2 coursework units (or 24 points) – like normal undergraduate units, only at fourth year level
- 2 research units (or 24 points) – you will produce a thesis under supervision in these units.
Single or Combined Honours
Honours studies may be taken as:
- Single Honours – a single area of study over 1 year of full-time study
- Combined Honours – two areas of study over 1 year of full-time study.
