The magic of theatre rekindles memories

The Centre for Theatre and Performance with support from City of Monash bring a panel of researchers and theatre makers to talk about incredible work on theatre as memory.

Panelists include researchers and theatre performance makers who are exploring memory and ageing through storytelling or performance for ageing populations experiencing cognitive decline with Alzheimers and Dementia.

Panelists include:
Penelope Bartlau, Artistic Director of Barking Spider Visual Theatre;
Dr Joanne Mihelcic researcher in the Digital Ethnography Research Centre at RMIT;
Peta Murray, writer-performer, dramaturge and teacher;
Alison Richards, director writer, dramaturg and performer;
Supported by panel convenors Dr Misha Myers and Prof Stacy Holman Jones (both from CTP)
