How to apply for Prato Winter Semester units
Enrolment is a manual process. You cannot enrol via the Monash Web Enrolment System (WES).
1. Check your eligibility
- Check unit prerequisite and course requirements in the Monash University Handbook
- Contact your Faculty Office to check your course progression (Arts students can apply online for a course progression check).
2. Apply to enrol
- Application instructions are available at the Arts in Prato website
3. Book travel arrangements
- Is your passport is up to date? If not, apply for a current passport
- All students undertaking Monash University related study programs in Prato will need to be issued with a Student Visa by the Italian Consulate in Melbourne. Visit the Arts in Prato website for more details.
- Book your flights
- Book your accommodation. The Arts in Prato website lists accommodation packages (available in March)
- Book your travel insurance. Adequate comprehensive travel insurance for the period of the program is compulsory
- Register your trip with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (recommended)
- You are responsible for ensuring your passport is up to date, booking flights, meals, incidentals and arranging appropriate travel insurance and visas
