How to apply for Prato Winter Semester units

Enrolment is a manual process. You cannot enrol via the Monash Web Enrolment System (WES).

2. Apply to enrol

3. Book travel arrangements

  • Is your passport is up to date? If not, apply for a current passport
  • All students undertaking Monash University related study programs in Prato will need to be issued with a Student Visa by the Italian Consulate in Melbourne. Visit the Arts in Prato website for more details.
  • Book your flights
  • Book your accommodation. The Arts in Prato website lists accommodation packages (available in March)
  • Book your travel insurance. Adequate comprehensive travel insurance for the period of the program is compulsory
  • Register your trip with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (recommended)
  • You are responsible for ensuring your passport is up to date, booking flights, meals, incidentals and arranging appropriate travel insurance and visas
