Biography

I am a Masters of Arts (MA) candidate who joined Monash in 2016 to research how cultural beliefs about gender and victimisation as well as politics impact upon women in human trafficking. In particular, my proposed thesis seeks to focus on an under-researched and generally invisible group of people in the trafficking industry, the female offenders.

Prior to joining Monash, I completed my BA (Hons) thesis, which examined how the principle of cultural responsivity is integrated into criminal justice programs for the CALD community.
